The Lunz Group is seeking a full-time, experienced BIM Manager who thrives in a creative and highly collaborative setting to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing technological leadership on a wide range of projects and is vital to keeping the firm productive. The ideal candidate is an Architect/Architectural Designer and is a Revit expert who will assist with developing processing and provide in-house training to individuals across varying skill sets. Provide firm-wide Revit leadership, assistance, and support. This person has the aptitude to see a problem, propose a solution, and execute with vigilance.

- Coordinates all BIM/digital design logistics.
- Creates and maintains models for project-specific requirements
- Receives and manages multiple subcontractor models.
- Communicates conflicts in models, both real and potential.
- Participates in team meetings to help resolve project issues e.g., coordination, scheduling, and/or technical concerns.
- Provides support for project kick-off information and the creation of initial project setup with workflow documents.
- Supports daily model management administration and maintenance.
- Supports and contributes to the creation of content and supports the integration of digital design technology products with other applications.
- Contributes to the development, implementation, and training of design technology systems.
- Interface with architects and consultants through concise communication and drawings.
- Set up and manage large sheet sets, including revisions and markups for each project.
- Assist and direct BIM workflow.
- Updates BIM/CAD libraries.
- Monitors standards, best practices, and industry advancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A professional degree in Architecture is preferred but not required.
- Completion of trade school or the equivalent of formal training.
- Minimum 8 years of AEC experience working on diverse types of projects.
- Exceptional knowledge of Revit Architecture, BIM, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Experience and high working knowledge of interfacing with REVIT Structure and MEP.
- High level of proficiency and understanding of 3D parametric modeling.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to meet on-site/in-office hours.
