Healthcare Project Manager

The Lunz Group is seeking a highly innovative and skilled Architecture Healthcare Project Manager that thrives in a creative and collaborative setting to join our team in Lakeland, Florida.

Requirements of Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited University
  • 5-10 years of healthcare architecture experience with prior experience as a project manager
  • Experience with AHCA in the state of Florida
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Architecture, BIM 360, and Bluebeam
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities of Project Manager:

  • Confidently manage client relationships, provide leadership, and identify their needs and expectations
  • Accessibility to manage projects simultaneously
  • Act as an expert on large scale healthcare projects
  • Responsible for all phases of a project from programming, design through construction administration
  • Accountable for establishing and managing project production, budgets and schedules
  • Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships among team members and external consultants and contractors
  • Organized and thorough with history of successful project management and coordination
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity and inspire confidence through purposeful use of resources and time
