The Lunz Group ranked among Florida Trend’s Best Companies to Work For in the small business category.
Florida Trend ranks firms in one of three categories – large, midsized and small, based on number of employees. The Lunz Group ranked number 36 on the best small companies list and was the only architectural firm in the top 40.

Florida Trend partners with Best Companies Group annually to identify Florida’s best employers. Companies or government entities in operation for more than one year that employ at least 15 workers in Florida are eligible. The review takes many factors into account including leadership, corporate culture, job satisfaction, pay and benefits and overall engagement. The combined scores determine the top companies and final ranking.
“This year it was appropriate to focus on how Best Companies to Work For responded to the impact of the coronavirus,” Executive Editor Mark Howard said. “The companies we report on found creative ways to keep their businesses going while supporting their employees and continuing to serve their customers.”
