Daniel Fowler, AIA, has been chosen as a member of Class V of Leadership Polk.
Leadership Polk is a Polk Vision program that brings together leaders from across the county to develop networks of resourceful, informed and proactive leaders to create a more vibrant county and region.
Throughout the nine month program, Dan will be immersed in a curriculum that examines critical issues that impact Polk County.
Members are selected based on leadership abilities, career accomplishments, volunteer activities, contributions to the community and commitment to help shape a better community. There are 22 members in this year’s class.
Dan’s activities include past membership of the Board of Trustees of First United Methodist Church, Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries, City of Lakeland Historic Preservation Board, Lakeland Rotary Club, Leadership Lakeland Class 13, the Board of Directors for Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center and the Polk County Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
Dan is not the only principal of the firm to be chosen for Leadership Polk. Edward Lunz, AIA is a graduate of Leadership Polk, Class IV.
