Brew Hub

The Lunz Group teamed with local developer Aspyre to design this 50,000 SF production facility for Brew Hub, located on the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando. With an initial capacity to produce 75,000 barrels annually and additional room for growth, Brew Hub needed a centralized, full-service brewing and packaging facility that could accommodate multiple small-batch breweries.
When developing the concept and site plan, our team arrived at a tilt-up structure sporting a bottle-shaped entry with bottle cap signs displaying current featured breweries. Through collaboration with process engineers, a strategic placement plan for the brewing and processing equipment was developed, setting the brewery up for optimized workflow. The facility consists of 5,500 SF for production, including the brew house and milling room, complete with state-of-the-art fermentation and conditioning vessels, a bottling and canning line, air conditioned storage and a tasting area.
