Project Manager

The Lunz Group is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual that thrives in a creative and collaborative setting to join our team in Central Florida. Currently, we are in search of a Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate can confidently manage client needs and has experience billing utilizing CRM (preferably Deltek software), fee negotiation and contract management, and identifying scope and schedules.

  • Maintain and build client relationships.
  • Identify client needs, confidently manage client expectations, provide leadership as SME and resource
  • Responsible for oversight and success of projects varying in size and complexity
  • Manages a project team and accountable for production and budget
  • Serves as market lead
  • Responsible for developing scope, creating fee proposals, contract generation and negotiation, and will oversee project billing.
  • Establish and manage project production, budgets, and schedules utilizing Deltek Vantagepoint software
  • Provide internal/external project status reports
  • Seek opportunities to expand market share
  • Deltek WBS generation and maintenance
  • Responsible for all phases of a project from design through construction administration
  • Manage ambiguity, complexity, inspire confidence through purposeful use of resources and time
  • Strives to positively impact the culture through core values and servant leadership

Qualifications and Requirements of Project Manager: 

  • Master of Architecture or equivalent
  • Registered Architect in the US preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of architecture project management experience
  • Experience and portfolio in the following markets preferred: multi-family, workplace, distribution/logistics, healthcare, higher education, public/civic/government work, aviation & aerospace
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Architecture, BIM 360, and Bluebeam
  • Management and supervision experience
  • Experience and proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint CRM preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
