LEGOLAND Administration Office Building

The Lunz Group designed this two story 19,000 S.F. office building for the LEGOLAND Florida Resort to provide additional administrative office space for park staff. This corporate office facility includes both open and enclosed office areas, with a front lobby and reception area, a large training room, an executive conference room, a server room for park-wide I.T. infrastructure, and a staff breakroom. Construction was completed in November 2016 on time and under budget.
