The Lunz Group has completed the design documentation for a 12,500 square foot mixed-use facility within a local CRA District. The urban in fill project will have a retail application on the first floor and offices on the second floor. Inspired by the District’s Art Deco beginning, the contemporary structure will serve as an iconic entry point into the District.
Services provided include programming, design documentation, feasibility studies, site analysis, planning and zoning and Construction Administration. Sustainability elements of the building will be focused on water conservation and reuse.
