Tennessee Townhomes
Lakeland, Florida
The Lunz Group worked with Rodda Construction to design a new 1-story triplex on a corner site in the City of Lakeland Lake Morton historic district. The Tennessee townhomes are three attached bungalows designed as infill housing for Lakeland’s Historic District.
The design features bay windows in the dining areas, rooftop dormer windows, and private porches with parking for each unit. The Lunz Group took great care in adhering to the strict design standards of Lakeland’s Historic Preservation Board, using our in-house visualization team to produce vivid renderings that helped with aesthetic decisions and overall cost control.
