The renovation of an existing third floor spaces in downtown Lakeland. The entire space was gutted and redesigned to bring in the branding and culture of the Core Wealth Advisors group.
When the opportunity came for CORE Wealth Advisors to move into a new workspace, leadership felt that the space should be a reflection of the brand. Utilizing the environment and five senses, CORE created a space that enabled them to better connect with their clients and in turn build long-lasting relationships. This was achieved through tedious material selection, well-executed floor plans and incorporating several different breakout spaces. In addition to the level of detail, the office includes a gym (complete with a Peloton bike), a ping pong table and man cave/she shed.
